Can I build a garden suite or laneway suite?
Many Toronto lots allow one, but it depends on lot size, access and zoning. We’ll check your property first.
Can my house become a multiplex?
Toronto now allows up to four units on many residential lots, and some areas allow more. We’ll look at what your lot permits.
Do you handle drawings and permits?
Yes. We coordinate the drawings and the permit process as part of the project.
